ABOUT · SWISS REGULATED · ESTABLISHED 2023
Fractional ownership of tangible artworks, regulated under Swiss and EU law.
ArtSharing SA operates a platform where transferable securities (Partizipationsscheine, ISIN CH1454363016) represent fractional economic rights over physical artworks. Settlement in USDC on Polygon. Full custody documentation. Co-ownership you can visit.
Our mission
We believe tangible art — paintings, sculptures, cultural heritage — should be accessible to more than a handful of ultra-high-net-worth collectors. By structuring fractional ownership as regulated transferable securities rather than NFTs or speculative crypto, we create a path where everyday collectors can own a real economic stake in real artworks, with the same legal protections as traditional investors.
We are the opposite of a speculative marketplace. Every ArtShare is backed by a physical work held in insured custody. Every transaction is recorded on Polygon, publicly verifiable. Every regulatory approval (FINMA, SO-FIT, BaFin) is real, documented, and publicly referenced.
